With limited downside risk due to offering affordable housing for a working population while hoping new developments increase the upside potential due to greater access and future development.  Increased job potential is on the horizon and well paying jobs locally will support new housing needs.

Our project aims to create a thriving community with attractive villas, ecofriendly approach and potential amenities in an HOA structure.  The potential amenities would include a pool, cabana bar, and weight room.
